These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stormrecruit.com (the "Site") and the recruiting and executive search services provided by Storm Search ("Storm Search," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.
Storm Search provides recruiting and placement services to employers and candidates. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee employment, a placement, a specific candidate, or any particular outcome. The terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between Storm Search and the client.
When you submit information such as a resume, application, or message, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Storm Search permission to use that information to provide our recruiting services, including sharing relevant details with prospective employers. Please do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Storm Search name and marks, are owned by Storm Search or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, including our job board provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Search disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Search will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storm Search and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
